Design thinking being at the core, individuals are taken through the human centered design approach which is a creative problem solving approach that starts with people and ends with innovative solutions that are made to tailor suit their needs.

ORPHANAGE ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

For MTY, a good impact is one that is sustainable and long lasting. Teach a child to fish and you will have empowered them. The orphanage project is a business challenge aimed to empower the less privileged to develop essential 21st century skills to become independent through offering them a chance to start and run a business. The program guides and supports orphans (in orphanages) to run and set-up real sustainable businesses. Orphans get a chance to gain hands-on experience of running a real business and generate real profits to help support the orphanage or a social course of their choice.

ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT COACHING

MTY aims to transform communities within the Coastal trip into thriving and economically stable communities. In so doing, we empower individuals by identifying key opportunities that can be ventured into for a long term yield. We promote entrepreneurship so as to realize a socio-economic developed nation. Through our enterprise development coaching, we train, refer and link individuals to areas of relevance in their line of business.
