Young leaders mentoring program
THE ALI MAZRUI CLASS OF YOUNG LEADERS
The Ali Mazrui class of young Leaders is a cohort program that trains and equips youth
between the ages of 19 and 25 years with leadership skills that enable them to become
great influencers in all spaces of youth concern. The structure and organization of this
program emulates a specified curriculum with professionally trained facilitators for the
sessions. The curriculum offered hosts varied tracks of leadership and is crafted to fit in
the most prevalent needs of society, giving focus to pressing issues that are relevant to the
direct community.
YOUTH MENTORING AND COUNSELLING
We have an explicit mentorship program that identifies and highly encourages celebrating differences. Our dynamic composition of beneficiaries promotes free interaction amongst peers and mentors. Mentors comprise local, national and international identified personalities with expertise, ample knowledge of their respective fields and their contribution to society. Through this mentorship, links are established and potentials nurtured
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
We train youth to be distinguished leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians and innovators. Our model of training challenges individuals to stand out by developing practical skills creatively, helping them realize their strengths and enlighten them how to maximize on their potential hence becoming of value to their immediate community
